In modern automation, machine vision plays a central role in ensuring quality, process control, and efficiency. By deploying advanced camera systems and image-processing software, manufacturing and assembly processes can be monitored and controlled in real time.
Our machine vision systems capture detailed image data for detecting, inspecting, and sorting parts, as well as for precise position recognition in complex conveying and handling operations. Advanced algorithms detect even the smallest deviations or defects and feed the data directly back into the system’s control logic.

Precise gripping & placement
Our gripper systems remove components directly from the tool while continuously monitoring their correct presence. They adapt flexibly to a wide variety of workpieces and process conditions.
Thanks to their self-centering and balanced design, our grippers enable precise and gentle placement of parts into downstream tools or production stations – ensuring safe and efficient handling, regardless of shape, size, or material.
